Aims
Jurnal Agroteknologi (J-AGT) aims to offer those engaged in scientific activities at the forefront of agricultural technology to publish high-quality research articles, in-depth reviews, and case studies. J-AGT publishes articles that exhibit innovative concepts, quantitative analysis, scientific soundness, and technical clarity.
Scope
The journal welcomes submissions in, but not limited to, the following areas:
Agricultural product technology—innovation and processing of food and plantation products, food chemistry, food microbiology and safety, and sensory and consumer sciences, as well as integrated food science.
Agricultural industrial technology—agro-industrial technology and management, agro-industrial system engineering, and supply chain management.
Agricultural engineering—agricultural tools and machinery, post-harvest engineering, and land and water resources engineering, as well as energy, automation, and informatics precision agriculture.
