Overview  

Jurnal Agroteknologi (J-AGT) is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, University of Jember, Indonesia. The journal provides a platform for disseminating scientific articles, research findings, and technological innovations in Agricultural Technology.

Scope  

The journal publishes articles in all areas related to Agricultural Technology, including but not limited to:

• Agricultural product technology—innovation and processing of food and plantation products, food chemistry, food microbiology and safety, and sensory and consumer sciences, as well as integrated food science.

• Agricultural industrial technology—agro-industrial technology and management, agro-industrial system engineering, and supply chain management.

• Agricultural engineering—agricultural tools and machinery, post-harvest engineering, and land and water resources engineering, as well as energy, automation, and informatics precision agriculture.

• Indexed in Google Scholar, GARUDA, Crossref

• Accredited in SINTA 2 (Science and Technology Index, Indonesia)

Publication Policy

• Open Access: All articles are freely available to readers worldwide.

• Peer Review: Manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure quality and integrity.

• Plagiarism Screening: All submissions are checked using Turnitin with a maximum similarity threshold of 25%.
