ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the factors influencing the acceptance of the Perangko application among employees of the Balikpapan City Government using the UTAUT model. A quantitative approach was employed by analyzing primary data collected from Perangko application users within the organization. The results of the significance testing indicate that effort expectancy does not significantly affect behavioral intention, whereas performance expectancy and social influence do have significant effects. Additionally, facilitating conditions and behavioral intention are found to significantly influence actual usage behavior. Theoretically, this study strengthens the UTAUT model and provides a foundation for researchers to explore technology adoption further. Practically, it serves as a basis for developing a more functional and user-friendly Perangko application and supports the City of Balikpapan’s policies to promote sustainable technology adoption.

ABSTRAK
Studi ini bertujuan untuk meneliti faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan aplikasi Perangko di kalangan karyawan Pemerintah Kota Balikpapan menggunakan model UTAUT. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan menganalisis data primer yang dikumpulkan dari pengguna aplikasi Perangko di dalam organisasi. Hasil pengujian signifikansi menunjukkan bahwa ekspektasi upaya tidak secara signifikan memengaruhi niat perilaku, sedangkan ekspektasi kinerja dan pengaruh sosial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Selain itu, kondisi pendukung dan niat perilaku ditemukan secara signifikan memengaruhi perilaku penggunaan aktual. Secara teoritis, studi ini memperkuat model UTAUT dan memberikan landasan bagi para peneliti untuk mengeksplorasi adopsi teknologi lebih lanjut. Secara praktis, studi ini berfungsi sebagai dasar untuk mengembangkan aplikasi Perangko yang lebih fungsional dan ramah pengguna serta mendukung kebijakan Kota Balikpapan untuk mempromosikan adopsi teknologi berkelanjutan.
